Step 5 : Fill in your - Home Address - Day of Birth - Mobile Phone Number - Email Address - Bank details BSB & Account number (to receive cash back) => Then select "Submit"
Step 6 : Go to next page, there will be registration fee of $60 => Select "Checkout"
Step 7 : Select "Ship to this address"
Step 8 : After "Use a new card" to process the payment => Select " Review Order" and then "Place Order".
