The natural ingredients in Carb-Bal capsules help balance the amount of carbohydrates absorbed from your diet. They do this by inhibiting the activity of key enzymes (alpha amylase) that break down starchy foods into easily absorbed sugars — this decreases the amount of carbohydrate and calories absorbed.

Ingredients (each capsule): Gymnema (Gymnema sylvestre) dry leaf 210mg (equivalent to 21mg concentrated extract); White Kidney Bean (Phaseolus vulgaris) 2,500mg (equivalent to 208mg concentrated extract); Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) dry seed 600mg (equivalent to 150mg concentrated extract); Chromium yeast 15.5mg (equivalent to 31µg chromium). Other ingredients: encapsulating aids.

Dosage: for best results, take 1 capsule with water 30 minutes before meals, up to 3 times a day.
